When does my club mail ship?
We pack club mail around each month’s new drop. The dispatch schedule is still being confirmed; check with us before joining if you need it by a particular date.
Can I choose the designs?
The surprise is part of the club: your sets come from that month’s drop. Your extra bookmark is random too, and may be a premium design.
How do I skip a month?
Message us on Instagram before your next renewal to request a skip. We’ll confirm a one-month pause in payment collection and packing, then resume the following month. Skips are handled by the maker.
How do I cancel or update my payment details?
Use “Manage my subscription” and sign in with your checkout email on Stripe. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Already paid mail will still be packed.
How does the shop discount work?
Use the member promotion code on eligible shop orders in Stripe Checkout. Your club subscription is billed separately. The maker provides the code and confirms eligibility; discount combinations depend on the promotion’s terms.
